What people usually ask before calling

How long until you get here?
Within Budapest, typically around 30 minutes, depending on traffic and location. At the end of the call I tell you the expected time, and if I'm running late I'll call.
Can the car be damaged during opening?
No. I work with proper tools, through the lock or the door rods. I don't break glass, prise the door or scratch the paint. No trace is left after opening.
Can a new key be made if no key is left?
Yes. I open the car, then make a new key matched to the lock and program it. The old keys can usually be deleted from the system.
What details should I send for a quote?
The car's make, model, year, the number and type of keys you have, a short description of the problem, and a photo of the key if you can. From that I can quote within minutes.
How can I pay, and will I get an invoice?
Card payment isn't available, but you can pay by instant bank transfer (e.g. Revolut, Wise), in euros too. For company orders, with invoice and contract.
What area do you cover?
In every district of Budapest and the towns of the Pest County agglomeration, between 9:00 and 18:00. Elsewhere in the country by individual arrangement.
